  Dear Parents and Carers,
  Harvest is fast approaching, a time when we should be thankful for all that we have! However, there are lots of people out there that could do with our help; those that are less fortunate than we are. Oakfield will be collecting non-perishable food items this year. Please see below for ideas of the dona-tions we would like from you:
  

  
  TINNED ITEMS: Such as beans, spaghetti, soup, rice pudding
  PACKET ITEMS: Such as pasta, pot noodles, rice, pasta meals
  TREATS: Such as biscuits, chocolates, crisps
  OTHERS: Such as coffee, tea, pop, powdered milk, boxes of cereal
  
  
  
  

  
  All items will be given to a local food bank so that families and children who are in need can be helped. Contributions can be handed in to your child’s class teacher or the school office.
