I graduated from the Black Sea Technical University in 1993 and gained a degree in Economics. After working in the business world I trained to be a teacher and gained my PGCE in 1997. I then worked as a primary school teacher in the Black Sea region in Turkey. I moved to Britain in 2004 and started to teach Turkish in Adult Education Centres in South East London. Concurrently with my Adult Education teaching I also completed my second degree in Law at The University of Greenwich and graduated in 2011. I joined Oakfield Community Primary School in 2012 where I gained my Qualified Teacher Status in England and completed the Cambridge Certificate in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages, CELTA at International House in London. I have been working here as an EAL Teacher since 2012.
